Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Fred van Leeuwen Photo | Film. I take great care in producing every print and digital product to ensure the highest possible quality. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Physical Prints

All physical prints are produced and shipped to order. In accordance with the U.K. Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to return your physical print within 14 days of receiving it if you are not completely satisfied.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, undamaged and unmarked.

  • You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item was damaged or faulty upon arrival.

Once received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the item being returned.

  • If the print is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Non-refundable physical items:

  • Custom or personalised prints (e.g. custom sizes, framing, inscriptions) cannot be refunded unless faulty.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with clear photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

2. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download link has been provided.

Under U.K. consumer law, by purchasing and accessing a digital download, you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived once the download begins. Please ensure you have selected the correct file before purchase.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital download, contact me directly at info@fredvanleeuwen.co.uk and I will ensure you receive your file.
