4.3 All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us.

5.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payments through secure third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal.

5.3 Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods or grant access to the digital content.

6. Delivery

6.1 Physical products will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe as stated on the product page. Delivery times may vary based on location and postal service.

6.2 Digital downloads will be made available immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise specified.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 For physical products, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

7.2 To initiate a return, please contact info@fredvanleeuwen.co.uk with your order details. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

7.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

7.4 Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless the file is defective or misdescribed.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under U.K. law.

8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, representations, or conditions relating to the Site and its Content.

8.3 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or any products or services purchased through it.
